My Story
In 2019, I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC) with Hormone Receptors; a rare, fast growing, and aggressive type of breast cancer. Unlike other breast cancers, this type of cancer may not cause a lump in the breast. Regular breast exams and mammograms often fail to catch it early. Because it grows so fast, it usually has already spread by the time it's diagnosed. Remember, I never had any signs. No lumps, no pain, no discomfort. I just luv myself enough to take care of my body with yearly exams, check ups, and physicals. With that dedication, it was caught early enough to fight, fight, fight! Every day I'm fighting to stay alive and you should too!
